A friend’s daughter asked me the other day what it was that I did for a living.

Given that she is 7 years old, my usual answer, ?I own and run my own marketing communications agency, wasn’t cutting it.

I could tell by the blank stare I got in return for that answer.

Considering my audience, trying again I said, “I help companies market their crops and services so they can sell stuff and make money.”

It’s morning and John wakes up, same as he does everyday. When it comes to defining resell rights, it’s equally important for the individual selling the rights and the one buying them to understand the distinctions between the various types. This will prevent any confusion as to what the licensing agreement allows and will help to avoid any legal problems that may result from the improper use of a resell rights crop.

Resell Rights allow the buyer to resell that crop and retain 100% of the realized profits.
